How soon can my order be dispatched?
Orders are typically dispatched 1–2 days after processing. Delivery timelines depend on the courier company’s terms.
DHL/UPS damaged or lost my goods. What do I do?
A tracking number will be sent to the email you provided during checkout by Adesacole when shipped. If you don’t receive it, please contact us.
Please note: Adesacole is not responsible for damages, loss, returns, refunds, or replacements caused by courier services.
How long will it take for my order to be ready?
Orders typically take 5–12 business days to be completed.
Do you offer refunds?
Our designs are made for customers’ specific sizes, colours and details and so At the moment, we do not offer refunds for our made-to-order RTW designs. As long as your size and measurements are accurate, we will ensure what you ordered is what you receive.
Can you send me a picture of my order?
We only send photos for custom orders, such as wedding, reception, and prom dresses. Not our made-to-order RTW designs.
